Bright apartment with garden

L'appartement a été rénové avec goût et il était très propre à notre arrivée. Il est équipé d'un lave vaisselle. La distance à pied du centre de Porto est tout à fait raisonnable et se fait sans problème.

Le canapé-lit est très inconfortable : le matelas est très très mou et le canapé grince (même se lever du canapé réveille l'autre personne). Le jardin n'a aucune utilité : les fenêtres ne donnent pas sur le jardin, il faut marcher dans la petite ruelle privative pour y accéder. Le jardin est partagé entre les 3 (ou 2 ?) logements et n'a aucun mobilier pour s'asseoir ou manger. De plus le logement ne dispose pas de machine à laver. Pour un logement de vacances cela manque beaucoup. C'est un peut bruyant : les fenêtres donnent sur la petite ruelle, laquelle longe la ruelle des logements d'en face. C'est typique de Porto mais cela suppose d'entendre les gens parler le soir jusqu'à tard et de même le matin.

La calle donde está el apartamento

Nos gustó que el apartamento está renovado recientemente, las instalaciones son buenas, la cocina y el baño son cómodos y la decoración es bonita y con gusto. Sabanas y toallas limpias para todos y la cocina con menaje completo. Una vez dentro, uno se siente como en casa.

Mis hijos dormían en el sofá, que aunque estaba bien preparado a nuestra llegada, ya abierto y con la cama hecha, es muy incómodo. Como era una estancia de sólo 2 días lo pasamos por alto, pero no recomiendo más de una noche en el sofá. La puerta de entrada desde la calle tampoco nos gustó mucho, ya que daba la sensación de inseguridad. El barrio está bien ubicado, pero no nos gustó mucho.

Apartamento nuevo,no tiene calefacción ....te dejan un radiador eléctrico pequeño para calentar salón, habitación,cocina y baño.....les pedimos otro y nos dijeron que solo uno.....2tv pero sin conexión de antena .....solo los cables ....
