Supersized Studio in Chester

Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great location.

Could've done with a small chest of drawers.

Lovely property, good size, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, close to town

The only thing I didn’t like was it was difficult to find the back entrance on arrival, luckily they sent a video which helped, very narrow lane to get to apartment but good parking when we got there

It was lovely and clean and a great location for the centre of Chester.

The location was the best thing about the property. The apartment was pleasantly decorated.

The bed was uncomfortable. for a supersized studio, we were surprised that there was no drawer space. The bin was full when we arrived, the cutlery was dirty. We couldn’t get the cooker hob to work. Tried everything, maybe we were doing something wrong… but a user manual would have been helpful. Shower wasn’t the best, water running hot and then cold, no power.

Blood on the bathroom floor all glass in bathroom was dirty and the bed sheets had stains on them like they were used

Clean, easy check in, quiet and close to all amenities.

The facilities were perfect - we loved the kitchen and pull out table and chairs. The hosts had really thought of everything. The location to Chester was superb. The property was done out in modern decor and finished to a high standard. We had tea and coffee and washing up liquid and tablets. We felt it offered very good value for money as well. We managed to park our two cars end to end at the side of the car park in another apartments allocated space and we left a note with them and the other apartment contacted us straight away and were happy to accommodate the swap, which meant we could safely park both cars and not have to park one of our cars far from the apartment in alternative parking areas. The video of how to find the apartment was invaluable, as the postcode provided took us to completely the wrong place! We were contacted by the hosts, to check we were happy and whether we needed anything. The communication from the hosts before and during was excellent.

The mattresses were two singles and not overly soft/comfy. The centre of the bed had a hard join, which would not be comfortable if staying as a marital couple. The shower was not particularly powerful and quite hard to get the temperature right and went from scolding hot to cold if the button wash pressed to high, from the eco setting. We had two cars and there was only one allocated parking space and the car park is quite tight. The extra parking is a fair distance from the apartment and not easily accessible to the property. I think it would be a good idea to state that on the property details at the time of booking.
