Epta Villas Luxury Redefined

The house was really clean, with all the facilities. Very comfortable for a family or a large group of people. We had a great experience.

Everything was perfect. The best choice. I'll be back. 😀 😀 😀 😀 Number 6.

Absolutely perfect , great location with excellent views, clean , spacious, very well equipped. We had lovely time.

Villa is big enought and the view is not bad either. Beds are good and comfortable (pillows also).

The host couldn't prepare the villa until 18:30 and was not honest how long it will take until villa is ready (claimed it would take 1-2 hours but 3 and a half hours later it wasn't. I have travelled 540km that day and wanted to take a shower and some rest, instead it was suggested to go somewhere until villa is ready. The same day I was noticed that there is an adittional cash deposit of 300 euro for possible damages on the property during my stay, which was kinda surprising - but at the end host didn't show up to take the money. At the villa one of the doors of the bedrooms couldn't close and only way to not make noises druing the night - was to lock it with key (so prevoius damages by prevoius visitors were not fixed). Part of net which has to prevent insects from coming in, was breached and I had to kill some mosquitos and stuff, also pool was not cleaned before my arrival (as villa was not also completly clean - but I couldn't wait until 20:00 to be ready). Neighbours were noisy last night of my stay and threw a big party with music until 01:00 so I didn't get good slep before departure. Villas are really close to eachother so if you have been unlucky as me with the neighbours such sittuations might occur. Overall 3 of 5 because of the stuff I've mentioned.
