1. Toilet roll holder was broken and fell off the wall. 2. No mats in the apartment at all. Would have been nice to have atleast a bathroom mat. 3. No iron available 4. Very little cutlery and crockery.

Firstly, there was hair in the toilet, there was sand on the floors, the curtain railing was falling, there was hair on the basin, which meant it was not cleaned, the fan was not working well, the the pillows were too big and bulky, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall, staff didnt tell us where the pool was, the security that was doing the night shift was rude. Worst experience ever. The outside by the elevator smelled like strong urine and including the inside the elevator.
