Relaxing Park View Apartment

The apartment is good. The location of the apartment is excellent.

No WiFi and the door lock works very poorly. LP

This place was something!! All cutlery was dirty so were the pillow sheets. We found a mouldy mug in the bedroom. The only saving grace was a warm shower and good internet I would 100% not book again

I very happy with the book and the property was nice clean, easy to find .. My expectation was great .. the person with who I spoke was very professional and knowledgeable.. I truly recommend this property..

One of the bedroom and lounge lights are not working, there is no parking for the apartment

Nicely located opposite Alexandra Park. All self-contained.

Gardens were messy, bedroom and living room lights didn't work, broken glass in living room which daughter cut hand on, leaked batteries in remote made TV unusable, windows were filthy, shower hose was split, black mould in bathroom and hallway, kitchen lino torn, poorly equipped kitchen, oven wasn't great, hole in wall behind bedroom door. Reached out to property managers with no response. No wifi in property as advertised.

The flat is old and partly renovated. The kitchen and bathroom are new-ish, the living room is basic, the bedrooms are comfortable, but the walls, doors and floors are in urgent need of some TLC. Someone made an attempt to fully equip the flat, but forgot a number of essentials like forks in the cuttlery drawer and a toilet brush in the bathroom. The laundry machine and extractor fan were broken, and there was a problem with the TV antenna so that only ITV could be viewed. Overall, a decent enough flat for up to 4 adults who spend their days out and about, to sleep, shower and eat, but not a holiday flat to stay with children during a rainy week.

On first seeing and entering the house, i thought i had been scammed. The house looks dilapidated. The windows are dirty. The front garden is filled with litter and full bin bags. The front door does not lock - anyone can just walk in and out, which made us feel unsafe. There was a large pile of mail on the floor behind the front door. The hall smells of damp and mold. The staircase needs renovating.
