Buses on site do not run midweek only in school holidays which meant we had to walk out of site to nearest bus stop. Because we booked on booking.com, the entertainment passes were not included which meant we could not see any live acts even though we would have spent money on the bar. The cost of passes were too expensive so we had to go elsewhere in the evening. Would have been better to have a daily pass and charge less.
GBGood location,near the receptiom and clubs. Plenty of space in the caravan. Kitted out with all essentials, except hairdryer, that would be useful.
1.Not possible to use the pool and entertainment area.Expected that facility on a Haven site.It was not explained by Booking.com that this was a private owner and we would have to pay an extra £66 a couple for the passes for a weekend. 2.Caravan in need of repair.Bits hanging off outside cladding, uneven sunken decking slats as trip hazard, rickety handrail up the entrance stairs and broken blinds in lounge. 3.Boiler needs attention as once it reaches temp in rooms it starts a booming noise, like an airlock, that vibrates through the caravan frighteningly.We had to turn it off on a very cold evening. 4.Very soft, lumpy and uncomfortable double bed needs replacing.

GBCaravan was warm and cosy, with plenty of space and had ample storage. The main bedroom was lovely and had a separate toilet which was so convenient. The kids bedroom had a TV which was a good idea and the caravan even had a playstation in much to the delight of the boys. The owners sent clear instructions for access to the caravan and beds was made up on our arrival that was clean and fresh, we couldn't have asked for more. We had a wonderful 4 night stay and didn't want to come home, would love to stay again in the future.
The only issue we had during our stay was the mattress to the pull out sofa bed that my daughter used on the first night has she seems to think she's too old to sleep with her mum, unfortunately it's just a set of springs so a new mattress would be beneficial for future guests, other than that there isn't anything we didnt like.

there had previously been a damp problem in the caravan, where the panelling had been wallpapered over & there were large areas where the wallpaper was coming away from the panelling . The TV wasn't functioning, but after making contact with the owner, we did receive a replacement TV From the onsite maintenance team, on the following day. Overall the caravan was okay, but in need of some attention
