This was a well located and good sized apartment. It represented good value for money and had everything needed for the length of stay and purpose.

The parking was a bit of a nuisance, but it seemed to work okay. The apartment itself was a bit tired, but it definitely had everything needed.

Location, space, price

One roll-away bed was broken for proper use, but we improvised to have something to sleep on. Both roll-away beds need mattress covers and are fairly old. The fold down sofa is not comfortable and should not really be considered a bed for good sleep. Only one roll-away bed other than the queen should be considered sleep-able at this point. Cleaning needs to be more thorough and the entrance way up to the apartment should be cleaned really well, including odd smell removal. The rental could be really good with the right cleaning investment between stays and bed updates.

Loved the location! It was perfectly situated—close enough to D.C. for everything we needed during our trip. The full kitchen was a great bonus and made our stay even more convenient. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the mornings.

Overall, the apartment felt quite dirty — the walls didn’t seem clean, and the rugs were very worn and grimy. They do provide a rolling bed, which is convenient, but it felt flimsy when we used it. This property might work if you’re on a tight budget, but it’s definitely not the best option for comfort or cleanliness.
