praticamente di fronte al polo fieristico, quindi per un viaggio di lavoro per chi va in fiera è l'ideale

inaccettabile nel 2025 fare un nuovo bagno senza box doccia ma con una misera tenda doccia sollevata da terra 30 cm il chè ha causato non pochi disagi visto il continuo allagamento del pavimento. nonostante siano stati messi due doppi tappeti ad arginare l'acqua che sbordava e che creava problemi di scivolamento sul pavimento. pulizia deludente, sui comodini, dietro il letto, nel bagno e addirittura sui cuscini delle sedie nel soggiorno erano ricoperti di polvere.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The location was excellent—there’s a supermarket just five minutes away, and several bus stops (lines 28, 35, and 39) within a short walk, making it really easy to get to the city center and Bologna Centrale. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable double bed. The host was also very helpful, giving us recommendations for local shops and trattorias. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

There were a couple of things that could be improved. Although there are two air conditioners in the apartment, it was still a bit warm inside, even when both were running—the temperature was just about tolerable, and adjusting the settings didn’t seem to help much. Also, while the bathroom was nice, taking a shower tended to get everything wet since there was only a simple curtain to keep the water in.

Kitchen was good. Spacious and light flat.

Had to wait 40 minutes outside for the host to arrive - a key box would have been easier. Questionable stains on the furniture. Near-useless air-conditioning. Lots of mosquitoes and lots of flies in the flat upon arrival. Quite far from the centre/ old town in Bologna - around a 25 minute walk. Shower curtain was useless (didn't reach the floor). Tourist tax in Bologna is high too and this was not included when advertising the price of the property - other places mentioned this prior to booking. Crockery was dirty from the previous guests - I don't think its checked by anyone else in between.

I loved the space and the fact that the staff Marcello was nice

The Air conditioning was not cooling and there was an instruction not to touch it
