Casa Bella Deluxe Apartments

Amazing location. Very quiet. Excellent host and service.

Everything was fine, the house was very nice and cozy. The location is very nice and the facilities as well.

the one and only issue we had was the lack of aircondition in the rooms, although there is one huge in the living room. The room was really hot and there was not enough air that could get. The last thing which is not very easy is the parking because the road becomes pedestrian from 19.00-02.00. So in case you don’t know you get a fine from the police.

A new, spacious and luxurious apartment. 2 toilets and 2 showers. Located in the heart of the amazing Paleochora, a minute away from the beach. We stayed in the apartment as a couple with 2 children and had a great time!

In the pictures it was not possible to understand that the children's room is on the basement floor, and access to it is made through the parents' room.

It was so easy. They had left the keys in the door. But they didn’t tell me so I was wondering how to get in when I couldn't call them.

Nothing. Cant wait to visit again.

Pretty good location, near restaurants but not noisy. Apt was clean and spacious, as was the lanai. A/C worked well.

The kitchen was missing many of the basics, ie pans, chef's knife, wine opener, kitchen towels, etc. There's no included parking; you can park on the street in front, but pay attention to the hours or you'll get a 40 EUR parking ticket (as we did). 'They' asked what our arrival time would be, and after informing them of the estimated time and also offering that we would send a msg when we were 30 min away, they went silent when we arrived. Waited around in the 96F/36C heat for about 15-20 minutes before realized that there was a key in one of the doors, so after knocking we assumed that this must be our room and went in. Luckily it was, but that's not a professional/ welcoming way to handle it. They could have at least let us know that they would not be there and that the key is in the door.

Location.

The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops and looking out onto the sea from the little balcony area. The apartment was spacious and nicely fitted out.

The aircon could have been a bit more effective but not too big an issue. We didn't initially have hot water but staff came to sort it.
