Hôtel Riad Airport Marrakech

Il personale molto cordiale, molto gentili e disponibili, il mio ragazzo purtroppo e stato male per influenza e il personale era sempre disponile e ci chiedevano sempre se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. Colazione molto buona e abbondante Da ritornare!!!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, er hat uns regelrecht verwöhnt. Danke Ihnen aus ganzem Herzen.

Hôtel très difficile à localiser même avec GPS : actuellement dans une zone en construction qui deviendra certainement très bien et résidentielle (proximité du golf, casino etc.) Dommage car excellent hôtel proche de l'aéroport

De locatie van het hotel is prima, dichtbij de luchthaven, maar teglijk moeilijk om te vinden voor taxichauffeurs. Er blijken 2 hotels met een vergelijkbare naam te zijn, waardoor het lastig is om er te komen.

De prijs! Blijkbaar was er bij Booking een fout gebeurd, waardoor ik 1 kamer geboekt had voor 1 volwassene en 1 kind. Er was nog een koppel gasten met precies hetzelfde probleem. Resultaat was dat we flink moesten bijbetalen, er was geen enkele ruimte voor onderhandeling met dit hotel.

Really excellent accomodation in quiet place near airport, perfect service and really comfort room and bed. We enjoyed a lot night & morning with nice breakfast. As a bonus we swimmed in swimming pool 🙏 thank you very much

When we arrived, there was no one at the hotel but the cleaning lady. She opened the door, but as we did not speak the same language, she could not give us any more information. We found this quite weird, and tried to ask some questions, but it was difficult to communicate. We went out to buy some lunch, and when we got back, we noticed we were not able to get in again. We contacted the owner through booking, who contacted the cleaning lady to open the door for us (she had not heard the bell). We managed to get the owner on the phone and he told us the receptionist was sick, and that they were trying to find a replacement. In the meantime, the cleaning lady was waiting alone, so that we were not locked out again (she was the only person there with the entrance keys). We went out for lunch and got back there, we ended up waiting 5 minutes for someone to open the door to us again. A car stopped in the street and we did not feel safe at all. Around 9:00, a receptionist arrived, and the cleaning lady was finally able to leave. At 1 AM, other clients arrived, and they started laughing out loud in the hallway while our room was just next to it, waking us up while we had a flight early in the morning. About the food and the spa, I’m thankful we were not waiting for it, because I do not know who would have prepared the food and done the spa prestations, as no one was there. This was really really strange. Besides, breakfast starts at 8:00, so it cannot accommodate people who have an early flight, kind of strange for an « airport hotel ». When it comes to facilities, they were on, but for instance the showerhead pressure was very low and we could not wash ourselves properly.
