Hotel Ovruč apartmány Vadian

Apartament w pełni wyposażony - zdecydowanie powyżej oczekiwać (kawa, przyprawy, ręczniki papierowe, wszystkie możliwe sprzęty kuchenne itp itd). Nowoczesny, czysty, przestronny - po postu świetny. Lokalizacja super.

Jedyny mankament - brak klimatyzacji. W gorące dni apartament dość solidnie się nagrzewał.

On or around 19 May 2025, I booked the “One-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Mountain View” at Hotel Ovruč apartmány Vadian for 11 - 15 July 2025 and paid €583.20 to Booking.com (the “Contract”). When entering into the Contract, I relied on the photos displayed at https://www.booking.com/hotel/sk/ovruc-apartmany-503-a-610.en-gb.html#RD1300571101 and the description of “[b]oasting a balcony with mountain views” (the “Hotel Listing”). On or around 7 p.m. GMT on 11 July 2025, I checked into Hotel Ovruč and was provided with apartment 307, which was a completely different apartment to that as advertised by Booking.com (photos enclosed). In particular, apartment 307 did not boast a balcony with mountain views – it had a balcony with a view of the hotel car park. Had I known that I were to stay at apartment 307 of Hotel Ovruč, I would not have entered into the Contract. It makes no sense whatsoever to pay €583.20 to look at a car park at the Tatras mountains. I immediately raised the issue with Hotel Ovruč. On the same evening of 11 July 2025, I reported the issue to Booking.com via its Customer Service and Dispute Resolution channels (the “Complaints”). To date, I have yet to receive a response from Booking.com. By containing false and misleading information in the Hotel Listing, Booking.com and/or Hotel Ovruč has breached Article 6 of Directive 2005/29/EC and/or Article 6 of Directive 2011/83/EU and/or Sections 54 and 56 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In reliance of the Hotel Listing, I have incurred further financial loss in transportation costs, which I would not have otherwise incurred but for the Booking.com's and/or Hotel Ovruč's repudiatory breach of the Contract. On 17 July 2025, I sent a Letter Before Action to Booking.com for payment of damages.

Location is great, apartment is spacious, has all the utilities needed. Very central location and close to the slopes by walk. Supermarket close by and also good restaurants.
