Stylish flat in Peterborough

The whole experience of the flat was amazing. The view was beautiful so quiet area. I felt very safe and very clean. Highly recommend and it will be my second home in Peterborough for sure.

We were very unhappy with the apartment No air conditioning as advertised and paid for Apartment extremely hot at all times even with all windows open and fans on Extremely noisy traffic Lack if a proper night's sleep No blackout curtains Mirror too hot in bathroom No kettle Only one bathroom Noisy traffic No double glazing Triple glazing needed Doors in freezer broken No pillow protectors Bed rock hard and creaky Kitchen bin had old food in it Freezer had old chips in it Toilet seat is discoloured So too is the toilet bowl We don't recommend it!!

The apartment was amazing!! Great location to the city, gorgeous open plan kitchen and living space. The neighbours were friendly and though a new build, easy for taxis/food delivery places to find you. Right by the river too, though not overlooking, is a minutes walk away to feed the swans.

The shower head was loose and the bath tub has a high slope, so its awkward for tall people. There no stable wall support or bath mat for stepping out of the tub, so not the best for people with mobility issues. The beds though still comfortable & we slept great, they are single box spring mattresses, so noisy if you move a lot or are sensitive the the springs.

Location, the building, the apartment was stylish as described, safe and with secure assigned parking underground car park which takes a load off your mind. The apartment was immaculate. The area is safe and there are a number of similar apartment blocks in the same location. If you're coming for the Passport office, its literally 200 mtrs away. We were there on a training course It was hot on the days we were there but there were fans in the apartment and a balcony with sliding doors to cool it all. Futuristic bathroom was a bit too modern and automatic for me but was stunning. Fully equipped kitchen and comfy lounge. We went out to eat and there are enough eateries for most cuisines.

Railway lines are about 200-300 ft away. Most trains were OK but there was the occasional noise machine.. nothing that a good set of ear plugs couldn't keep out.

Immaculately clean and bed was super comfy! There was everything you could possibly need.

Great apartment - well located for the town centre. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the free parking space too!
