Live/Work Downtown Apartment

Location was good. Within easy walking distance of several good restaurants, shops, and co-op grocery. Apartment had plenty of room for 4 people.

Apartment was dusty, dirty, and full of cobwebs. Was not worth what we paid for 2 nights (~$1600). Upstairs tenants were up until 3 am stomping around and making noise. Will not stay here again.

The apartment was very cute and in a great location. Check in/out was very easy. We stayed 2 nights. The family living upstairs was so loud late at night, both nights, unfortunately none of us got a good night sleep and were woken up multiple times.

Great property in a great location! Super walkable, clean and cute. Great host!

This was the perfect location. We could walk to everything. It was clean and comfortable. I would say the apartment does have hard water that has created stains and buildup on fixtures. We did have to contact the host, our issue, not theirs, and they are very responsive.

Nicely decorated space, desks everywhere to make work from home easy. Parking right out front and coffee shops, grocery store all within walking distance. Great location!

Lots of noise from upstairs. People walking around very loudly until after 11pm and then up again at 7. You could hear everything including putting a glass on the sink. I would recommend that the host gets white noise machines for the bedrooms in the basement unit. Even my 17 year old was awoken by the noise. We eventually took the fans out of the closets and put them on full blast to drown out the noise. The fan blew some dust around as well as fans often do.

Beautiful and functional; well located. Patio is lovely. Drive way very handy; walking distance from restaurants and bars.

There is some noise transfer between floors. Nothing that bothered too much though.
