Spotlessly clean, warm, quiet, comfortable and safe.

The £100 damage deposit made me a bit paranoid but then I heard previous ‘guests’ had stolen towels and others had abused the room.

Good communication. Parking wasn’t an issue in nearby public car park. Accommodation had everything needed for a quick stopover. Great value.

The shower was either too hot or too cold.

Cleanliness Well equipped with kitchen and bathroom amenities including coffee, tea and milk. Fan available which was ideal in the hot temps Excellent WiFi

Access a little tricky with the stairs up to the apartment.

I didn't stay in this apartment. There was a lengthy contract regarding additional fees for towels and 100 separate for damages to property which they could decide if they gave money back or not after 7 days . Wasn't friendly or inviting.

It was a taxi rank bus depot outside the office to collect key was dark and was given a complexed Extra charges contract to sign . I decided not to stay as it didn't feel welcoming and didn't seem that I would get the %100 back . After already paying £100 . Asked who owned the property and got told the taxi company . There was charges for towels 30 too So 230 potentially for one nights stay decided to not stay or sign a contract to stay .

The property was very clean and fresh with modern design . Everything we could have needed for our stay . The staff were friendly and welcoming .
