The shower tap was actually a little difficult to operate

We arrived at Location and receptionist refused to check us in with already accepted rate for the night via booking .com. Receptionist wanted to charge own rate that is very high than agreed or accepted rate without explanation that make sense. Several calls to Location receptionist desk looking for directions not answered. Quest why not cancel guest if accepted rate is not ok instead of waiting for guest arrival.Receptionist denied guest to swip card with a lie that machine is not working but main reason is to denied guest swiping the correct amout.Call to manage did not solve the issue.It appeared manager was in a business with receptionist to do that.It look like Location is relying to resell already booked price per phone conversation overheard via conversation. Guest left and booked another place at a higher tate but got satisfied .

The room was as described. There are many of them, and practically every single one is of a different size... Had to negotiate way too much to get a decent room. I was offered a 1BR but I still opted for the studio (the toilet in the 1-bedroom is located in the kitchen and requires you to leave the bedroom, walk through the living room and through the kitchen to reach it!). Also, the 1BR has the AC located in the living room instead of the bedroom - simply confounding. The locality is quiet and residential. My feeling was that the place was safe and secure. The help-staff (not management) were friendly, resourceful and kind. The location is really good, and access to the main road is the best. There are supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance.

First, they told me they had 'accidentally' published the wrong rate and that I would need to pay almost 75% extra per night. I firmly refused, and then they forced me to pay 25% extra over the rate published on booking.com. The next day, they reneged on the arrangement and told me to pay 60% more than the rate published on booking.com. After negotiating for 50% extra (because I simply didn't have the time to find another place given my work), I was asked to move my room to something much much much smaller! I flatly refused, and after a LOT of back-and-forth, they finally relented. And then they inform me that their card machine doesn't work. At this point, I started to fear for my general peace of mind and patience, so I decided to just check out immediately. I left and checked into the nearby jacyjokas hotel, which has better rooms, a pool, and less hassle. Other notes: - the toilets are iffy... smells from the drains and not as clean as the rest of the room - the kitchen is poorly equipped with no microwave and few vessels - the towel had a dark stain on it, and the replacement towel was just as bad - many of the apartments have windows and balconies that open directly onto the neighbouring building (yes, you can reach out and touch the next building) and you will be inundated in the sounds/screams of children etc from those residents - parking only fits 3-4 cars at the most, but street parking should be fine in this locality NOTE: They also market the same property under the name of Oswald Resorts (the paybill number hangs on the wall behind the manager's seat)
