Marina Apartment City Centre

Super lokalizacja, osobna sypialnia, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia zarówno garnki jak i zastawa, jest tam wszystko co jest potrzebne do ugotowania obiadu, mini ekspres lodówka. Są wszystkie rzeczy potrzebne do sprzątania jak np. odkurzacz czy ręczniki papierowe. Jest pralka suszarka do włosów, żelazko z deską. Nic nam nie brakowało. Jest to wyjątkowo dobre miejsce do autobusów i do dworca kolejowego i autobusowego. Targ jest kilka przystanków dalej z pysznym jedzeniem. Właściciel zainteresowany czy wszytko w porządku nie mamy żadnych uwag i bardzo dziękujemy.

I was met promptly by Fabrizio as organised. He helped carry my bags to the apartment and clearly explained how everything worked. The apartment was very clean, air conditioning worked very well, it had everything you could possible need. It was a quiet location centrally located. He informed me of the best restaurants, many of which were very close only 3 mins away. Bus stops were nearby and also the marina. When I left he kindly assisted my move to a nearby hotel. Grazie mille Fabrizio. I had a wonderful stay!

-very central location and yet very quiet -all the pictures on Booking reflect accurately the reality: the appartment is spacious, super clean and comfortable -the apartment is nicely decorated and everything is very fonctional -excellent furniture, very comfortable bed -very efficient air conditioning which helped to face 34 degrees Celsius! -extremely reasonable price -Fabrizio is very helpful and always reachable when needed; he also gave us good tips for shopping, restaurants…

-nothing really -we would just mention for tourists who have difficulties with stairs that the appartment is located in a 3d floor without elevator

Exact location we required. Third floor was not an issue for us. The kitchen was equipped with some equipment and we received a bottle of wine. AC in the apartment is a must to run in the summer.

The top bed above living room does not get much breeze from the AC. Main doors downstairs are a little tricky to operate but we got instructions and with experience we managed them well;)

A spacious apartment for a small family. Very clean and very well maintained and organized.

Nothing actually, only a small piece of issue : there is no elevator in the building, carrying a big luggage to the top floor is a bit hard work.

Very nice apartment, very central, everything was like at home. Fabrizio is a great host, very kind and helpful.

The location is not quite central to the "Centro Storico", but is still handy for walking (plenty of stairs and up-and-down) to main attractions, restaurants and cafés. It was great to be met by Fabrizio who explained all the facilities and brought water and wine. The area is very quiet for sleeping at night. Marina Apartment was spotlessly clean, and it has a big (shower) bathroom with good water-supply and plumbing. Plenty of room for three, and could take four.

There is a slow lift (good for bringing up any heavy baggage), but otherwise the apartment is up three flights of fairly-unattractive stairs. Apartment design includes a mezzanine room which is good for extra space, but means some low ceilings, and the intrusion of a spiral staircase into the living area - careful, it's a head hazard!
