The property was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Fantastic alternative to local hotels. Parking available close by. Nice large TV.

Location is great, right in the center of Exeter. Easy access to Exeter Central Station. Host was lovely and very friendly, it was clear that it was important to him that we enjoyed our stay. Communication with host was very good and all responses were received very promptly.

Such a charming spot with character. Ideally located for city and train stations

Stanza molto piccola ma dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per una breve permanenza. Super accogliente ed arredata con stile e piacevole estro. Posizione centralissima ed eccellente per visitare la città a piedi, vicino alla stazione dei treni e con grande parcheggio (a pagamento) adiacente.

Wir hatten eine absolut wunderbare Erfahrung während unserer Süd-Englandreise! Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt, was unseren Aufenthalt unglaublich angenehm gemacht hat. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war herzlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend – sie haben sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und uns das Gefühl gegeben, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter, die uns problemlos Ladestrom für unsere Elektro-Motorräder zur Verfügung gestellt haben. Dies hat unsere Reise deutlich erleichtert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben! Diese Unterkunft können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

It was a perfect location easy to find

The propriety itself was small (had to turn sideways to fit through doorways) and after been in the room for a while at night to go to bed it got very stuffy and warm due to lack of air circulation
