1. The location is FAR from the city! If your intent is to be close to sightseeing locations then this isn't where want to stay. We spent roughly $150 in transportation for 2 days! We would've been better off spending that on a hotel closer to Casablanca. The villa is in the middle of nowhere. 2. There were no basic amenities/toiletries at the villa (e.g. water, tea, body soap, heat, etc.) 3. TV didn't work downstairs 4. We were connected to someone that would handle or check in/stay. However, he was unresponsive and no one spoke English. 5. No USB ports for electronic charging 6. 2 of the rooms were kid-like, so if you're an adult group this may not be the best option 7. The keylock was unlocked and had an extra key in there. This is a safety concern. 8. Pillows were flat

I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about this review, and looking forward to giving it. When we booked there were very few/no other ‘proper’ reviews available so it was a gamble… a gamble that really paid off. We were expecting a lovely private pool, amazing bathrooms, generous sized spaces, and this property has that absolutely. What we weren’t expecting is that the property has a housekeeper who was able to cook for us, and generally provide a daily cleaning service. This was really exceptional as we were travelling with a 1-year old so gave us some rest time when he was asleep. Malika who looked after us was without question the unexpected highlight of our holiday - she prepared 4 or 5 meals breakfast/lunch meals for us, but as Brits we aren’t used to this at all. The property is in a very secluded setting, on a gated road and within its own secure compound with high walls/electric gate, with extremely limited overlooking of all parts of the property.

Some of the technology is a bit dated, impacting its functionality (eg the Bose system) and comes with the age of the house which seems to have been built in about 2008. There are a few maintenance bits to address that we will notify the host of separately. Visitors should acknowledge that the pool is fairly chilly in early April. We swam every day, but our toddler son only lasted 10 mins or so before he wanted to go and have a ‘big shower’ to get ‘nice and warm’.
