It would be good if they differentiate the rooms in first floor , second florr and Top floor . The reason is in Summer no body prefers a non ac room on the top floor

Facilities poor AC was not working Mosquitoes did not allow to sleep

Service was very pathetic. I had 4 rooms booked and confirmed through Booking.com. Upon reaching the hotel reception said that there is no reservation done via booking.com. A very surprising and humiliating way of treating customers. Had to search out for alternative hotels on the go at a very high rate.
