Emozione Bologna Sant Orsola

We had an amazing time in Bologna staying here! The apartment was really clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The neighborhood is nice, green, quiet and in walking distance from the city center. Isabella is an amazing host, she even left us recommendations on what to see and try in the city. And it has a beautiful garden too, though we didn't have enough time to enjoy it. This is a perfect place to stay for a couple. Totally recommend it!

Comfortable well appointed apartment with all the expected niceties. A good base overall for a short stay in Bologna.

Location was further from the central station than anticipated and not so easy to find in the dark after a long train journey. Being alongside a busy street the traffic moise through the night was a little disturbing.

I booked primarily for the location which is two street away from our friends' apartment. This made the stay most convenient and enjoyable. The added positives were the uniqueness of the property, the sense of privacy and safety, a light-filled and pristine condition of the apartment, the presence of several bus stops in the vicinity. While not immediately next door, the neighborhood includes a good grocery store and a wonderful shop for delicious take-out meals. Our host is exceptionally lovely and does a tremendously good job explaining everything about the property.

The proximity to the Sant Orsola hospital meant there were the occasional sirens every night we were there, but the shutters can be closed on the windows facing the road, which is otherwise a very quiet street. I'd bring some ear plugs if you are not accustomed to city noises. The lack of an elevator might make it difficult for guests travelling with a lot of luggage, but in our case it was not a problem. You need to be OK with stairs both to get to the apartment (3 storys) and within it (spiral stair)--but once you are in the living area of apartment, everything (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/living room etc) is on the same level.

The apartment is so beautiful, had everything we needed with a very comfortable living room, bed, kitchen and bath, including a washing machine and a gorgeous garden! Located in a very nice area with lovely places to eat nearby and it was easy to get to the beautiful old town center by bus / walking, and to central station by bus. The host Isabella is so lovey and helpful. We felt she really wanted to make sure we enjoy our stay in the apartment and in Bologna. Thank you so much for everything Isabella <3 We hope to come back!!

Spacious, quite close to the city centre if you like to walk. Close to the bus stop and taxi stop. Place to work, good wifi. Generally we enjoyed our stay and we recommend this place.

Toilet was dirty - that's totally unacceptable... Dirty plates and glasses. From the minor things - dust here and there. No oven. Plus if you're disabled person or just have difficulty climbing stairs it would difficult for you to get into apartment as it's on the top floor - there are even stairs in the apartment.
