Pokój nie miał okna. Według obsługi w całym hotelu pokoje nie mają okien. Nie było takiej informacji na etapie rezerwacji. Bardzo monotonne śniadania tylko omlet + chleb podczas całego wyjazdu.

The location is great to get around the city. The hotel staff were very quick with communication after the initial reservation. They made every effort to make sure that our room were appropriate for our party size of 12. All the staff including the night day reception staff and kitchen staff were very helpful throughout our 3 night stay. Cleanliness was good, and we were allowed to leave our luggage with them for a period of time as we had a late flight.

Maybe 2 slippers in a double would have been great. Although I am sure if I had asked they would have been provided.

There were no holders/cups for toilet kits. At least they better need to put these into every toilet. It doesn't cost much. Moreover, there was just a single iron with iron stand in the entire hotel. The staff had to knock earlier in the morning at our door just asking for iron and stand. Moreover, there was no such system to prepare lunch and dinner in house at the hotel. They had to order it from outside. So, with this much price with these things, it wasn't worth it. Moreover, they mentioned bar in the room. However, there's wasn't anything such. The refrigerator was empty and non functional along with the microwave oven non functional. Nor was there any kettle with tea bags etc so one can have tea whenever he/she wants. These little things can add better impression within the price they are asking for.

No shop or restaurant near the hotel. Breakfast was not up to the standards
