الغرف كانت نظيفة ومرتبه وواسعة. بوفيه الافطار كان افضل من رائع التنوع والنظافة والترتيب ،، شكر خاص للاستاذ تامر والاستاذ يوسف وباقي الشباب في قسم الافطار
اتصلت قبل الحجز وطلبت غرفتين بجانب بعض ويكون بينهن باب لتسهيل الدخول والخروج للاطفال. ووصلت وطلبت من الاستقبال فتح الباب ولكن للاسف غادرت ولم يفتح الباب بين الغرفتين
كذلك طلبت سرير اطفال وتم توفير السرير لكن مكسور، وطلبت بديل ولم يأتي السرير

All excellent. Location Not very far from Haram. Timely bus service to and fro for Haram. Frequency should be increased.
Checking and checkout very quick and smooth.
Lobby very clean with good seating arrangements. Room spacious and clean. All necessary toiletries available. Drinking water not an issue for the guests, additional water were delivered within few minutes of request.
The best part of our stay was Fabulous breakfast. Lots of choices for every type of guests. Supervisors & Managers all meeting Guests personally, talking to them and checking if anything they need or any complaint. Excellent service by all team members of the Hotel. Well done, keep it up. Many thanks for making our Umrah and Stay a memorable one. 👌👏👍🌹💐🎊
