We had a pleasant stay at Marigold. The staff were very nice and helpful, and they even arranged the room with a mosquito net, which was thoughtful. Breakfast was okay, though it was the same on both days. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, a comfortable two-night stay.

最后一天早餐小瑕疵

Nothing at all

Disappointed At 1st we were given a spacious room with a balcony but after 30 minutes or so a lady worked at the front desk told us to come downstairs to an another room, 1st a room changed without a reason. (Acceptable) 2nd thing was the breakfast we were given in the next morning , sadly we were given a veg noodles with boiled egg and a plate of papaya. Nothing extra at all. Not even bread etc. 3rd thing is there’s no one to take care of plumbing and water issues as we didn’t have running water since 02pm in the evening and later we were informed that we will have running water after 10:30pm. 😹My friend himself had to go and check what happened and yet we had to wait for a long time without water ,and sadly what the owner asked is to pay for one night and leave for another place. That was unexpected and rude, as long as no running water isn’t our problem, the property has to find an alternative solution. I don’t know why local business owners are always so mean to the locals but I must say this is the 1st time we experienced this in Negombo area. Disappointed 👎 I don’t recommend this place at all. Not to locals. Don’t ever book a place by looking at its ratings guys! Don’t!!
