Apartments and Rooms Jospino

The location is the biggest and potentially only real selling point of this apartment. The room we originally booked was underwhelming; it was very basic and bordering on unloved (I don’t mind functional/utilitarian but this felt like it was the least effort someone could put into an apartment and get away with it). For example there was a picture frame on the wall with no picture inside. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. The furnishings included cheap IKEA furniture with very limited to no decorations. There was a patch of mould on the wall which was not featured in the photos. We messaged the owner on the first night to ask whether we could change rooms because of this. The owner was responsive and allowed us to change rooms which we were grateful for. It was a slightly bigger room/studio with more amenities and some toiletries left over from previous guests. Not outstanding but workable and pleasant in the end. The plus is the rooms were quiet, and the AC worked well. The Wi-Fi was a little patchy but functional (although frustrating at times). For the price I would not say it is very good value and the experience I doubt will be one of the better Airbnb/apartments you have stayed in but it served its purpose and was very central.

Everything was perfect

The location is amazing, just on the Riva. It was possible to walk to all beaches in the area. The apartment is very modern and stylish. We noticed that the tiles, bathroom equipment and other details are chosen to be premium quality. That made us feel very comfortable and happy during our stay.

We didn't like that there was no possibility to leave our baggage before 15.00 while catamaran boats that bring tourists to Lošinj arrive there at 9.00. Because of that we needed to go to the beach with a suitcase on the first day. After mid stay cleaning we got the bedsheets with holes, which is something you don't want to see when you pay the expensive stay as Jospino. Also, our garbage wasn't emptied by the janitor on that day. Bearing in mind the price we felt it's slightly overpriced due to room size, no proper eating table and no kitchen in our apartment.
