Clean and pleasant under house studio, easy access. Large bathroom with soap/body wash provided and a hairdryer to hand. Kitchenette has a microwave and air-fryer for cooking, there's a jug and toaster along with a small fridge - tea, coffee, sugar and milk available. Appreciated the 11.00am check-out, especially on a Sunday morning.

All very new and immaculate. The bed was soooo comfortable and everything we could possibly need was there including a guide for all amenities and eating places in the area.

Didn’t dislike anything except the appalling weather which put us off using the spa pool which was a draw card for us. The only issue we had was in being able to view anything on the tv - might be worth some extra instructions for the non- tech savvy.

The property was not as listed. The "private entrance" is in the shared driveway of the main house right under the owners balcony with 2 dogs on it that barked the entire time we were there. Our " view" was their car under the carport. The bathroom has no bathtub as listed. The jacuzzi and the advertised view are both on the balcony of the main house (not attached or close to the room and a hike through the garden away). The gym is not in the garage as described either, but is outside in the corner of the carport. This was a romantic anniversary getaway so did not stay as this is essentially a converted garage at your parents house. It was also freezing in the room and when we tried to turn the heater on, it fell over because it had a broken foot. That was the cherry for me. Host did not answer my call and when she finally returned my call, was quite rude about my concerns and has still not refunded me or offered some sort of resolution. We were three hours from home and were left scrambling for somewhere to stay.

The person was grumpy when I turned up but admittedly it was after 9:00pm because I travelled back from up north late as tangihana went on longer than expected.

For us it was the location, close to the airport

Nice quiet residential location, very quiet street, the accommodation was clean and comfortable, top quality mattress, nice kitchenette and private with your own access. The hosts have gone above and beyond to help and are both friendly and approachable, cannot fault my stay.

Very friendly hosts with two beautiful guard dogs on the upper level. The dogs seem familiar with visitors & did not sound off when I returned after midnight. The outdoor spa overlooking the harbour had been preheated for me. The side door opens onto the yard. The boundary is planted with pleasant gardens & is enclosed with a chest height wooden fence with a view of the harbour facing onto Marsden Point in the distance. It’s a tranquil location tucked within a short walking distance to the Onerahi Town Centre and library. It’s a short 5 min drive to the airport. Weary from travel & uncomfortable beds, I blacked out the room, unpacked, showered & slept soundly in a luxurious queen bed. It felt like a luxury apartment. Well-appointed, modern, & clean with a functional kitchen & dining area for a couple. Tea, coffee, milk & bottled water are provided. There’s an air fry, microwave, and dinnerware for two. You are expected to clean your own dishes, which is fine by me. Overall, a great place to rest for the weary traveller.
