Fantail at Bluestone Retreat

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le petit studio, ainsi que les petites attentions, notamment les oeufs frais de la ferme. L'accès au Jacuzzi a été un plus également. La cuisine est bien équipé.

Nous avons adoré la cuisine qui est de grande qualité. Le seul bémol a été le froid : comme elle est en extérieur, son usage est plus limité en hiver ou en soirée. Avis aux amateurs de plein air, mais prévoyez une bonne laine !

I don't eat much for breakfast but there was plenty in there if I wanted it. I asked for an iron and it was waiting there for me The owner was there just after I arrived and they came over to introduce themselves and make sure everything was ok

Peace and tranquility. The birdsong. The outdoor kitchen had everything you needed. The outdoor seating area was very relaxing. Fresh farm eggs supplied. Thought has gone into the decor & the provision of dressing gowns and toiletries etc it was also spotlessly clean. Lovely cats & a nice wee dog.

Felt slightly misled by description of spa & wrongly assumed it was in front of the cabin (my fault for not reading the small print) Also thought one slice of bread, each, for breakfast, a wee bit tight, although the eggs were fresh & there was homemade jam, a wee bit of cereal, a longlife milk carton there was not enough bread for both. 'Chocolates supplied' should'nt really be in description...2 wee milky bars not really worth a mention, it's just a nice wee touch though. No fly screens and if menopausal hot like myself, there is no way too cool yourself at night without the windows being open. Finally my heritage is of no concern to the owner, so I despair when nice chit chat turns into peoples negative views on immigration. It comes across as white privilege and frankly, racist. I see other helpful critique has been replied to with nastiness. Come at me! We stripped (the clean sheets) and bed on our departure (having managed a silver service ski chalet in France, we understand how nice it is to find the room vacated spotlessly) which is just how we left it. We wont be returning.

Spa pool was excellent.

Locking mechanism on door fell out many times. Shower tap also fell out. Ice tray was also black and unhygienic. Also disappointed with breakfast. More like one breakfast than two.
