Hopstays - Albufeira Olympics with indoor pool

Tout. Séjour décevant. Le logement ne correspondait pas totalement à la description. Plusieurs points négatifs : • équipements absents (Wi-Fi, électroménager), • propreté insuffisante, • état général très différent des photos de l’annonce. Malgré les preuves fournies, aucune solution immédiate n’a été proposée. Expérience très décevante, je ne recommande pas ce logement ni cet hôte et encore moins de réserver les vacances sur booking car 0 nouvelle du service client depuis 10 jours !!!!

There was NO hot water, in the description it said that sauna was included. That was not the caae.

The apartment was nice and clean. We didn't spend much time in there only really to sleep but very spacious. The air con was good considering it was so hot outside.

It is stupidly loud. It is definitely not a family friendly hotel It is for all the youngsters who are going out clubbing. Sleeping was almost impossible because the noise was all night. As we were 1st floor with pool view we would often be woken up by people jumping in the pool at 3am and screaming. To then make that worse the pool bar below the apartment would then start playing music ridiculously loud at 7am. So if you plan to sleep, this isn't the hotel for you.

First thing we noticed when we arrived to the accommodation was this dark and shabby stairwell, there were blood stains on the floor right in front of the apartments door. Not so good first impression. After that we found out that the apartment was not properly cleaned. There was someones hair all over the place, rugs were dirty and dusty, dirt in the fridge etc. Extra blanket had stains all over it so we couldn’t use it for our daughter. There was also this weird smell in the apartment. We complained about this and they promised to fix the issue. However during the first night one of us started to have respiratory symptoms (he has allergic asthma). There were some signs of possible moisture damage in the apartment (crooked floors for example). After two nights we decided to check-out mainly because of the health reasons. We also couldn’t sleep properly because of the loud noises coming from the upper floors, the stairwell and outside (the bar is right below the apartment). Didn’t get a reimburse. Poor customer service, not open on weekends, took days to solve the situation.
