It was clean and nicely proportioned

The place was very spacious and comfortable, it was also situated in a very convenient area. I came with my mother and It was very close to my accommodation, uni and other essential stores. The property was clean. There was also all the necessities including tea,coffee, sugar and spices, there was plenty of pots, plates and utensils as well as toiletries. Another thing was the heating worked perfectly and was able to enjoy a cold day inside without freezing.

I did not particularly dislike anything, however that can be improvements for the future. The kitchen could use a few more appliances such as a grater, kitchen scissors, kitchen roll, etc.. The shower area was very slippery and I slipped as i stepped out of the shower. It could use a use a rubber mat with suction pads to prevent any accidents in the future

The location was good as it was close to student accommodation that our daughter was moving in to. So ideal for parents of students moving to Leodis. Cooking facilities and washing machine was handy.

That we got a ticket for parking in what we believed to be a designated parking space.

Excellent design details. Very nice kitchen, bathroom. Overall very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend.

Duvet was a bit warm, so we took cover off and just used it without the insert. Bathroom would have benefited from a night light. Instructions for locking the downstairs door could have been a little more explicit—took time to figure out that we had to engage a lock at the foot of the door. Perhaps a photo or more specific instructions could make that easier to understand.

We actually loved everything about the apartment we were pleasantly surprised. The TV was huge. The bedroom with two double beds with the vanity table and mirror being a plus for me. The location was perfect too with the sports bar across the road serving delicious Indian Street food and the convenience store just few doors down we literally had everything we needed on our doorstep

Really minor points with the shower not being that powerful and the position of the bedside tables

Very clean and modern with a lot of facilities highly recommended with a great host

It was easy to collect the keys and we could arrive any time which gave us more flexibility. The flat was nicely decorated with good facilities.
