Wareham Forest Lodge Retreat

Good to have a parking space next to the lodge. Comfortably furnished and the beds were good. Overall cleanliness was good.

The sides of the fridge (outside) were not very clean. Hand Towel in the kitchen would be useful. Sign on the outside saying steps are slippery when wet, our suggestion would be to put antislip strips on the edge of the steps to prevent an accident and not too expensive to purchase.

Location was ok, good and polite staff.

Dirty and smelly toilet, dusty around the lodge, floor with laminate which was broken in few parts, outside decking was disgusting with dog or cat wee and table with chair dirty and full of bird poo. Came home earlier as we couldn’t tolerate that.

Very spacious and clean, had everything you needed provided for you.

It’s a little in the middle of nowhere but very lovely none the less

Lovely location, quiet site

Our cabin was quite dirty, it needed a deep clean… kitchen extractor was really greasy, sofa covered in mud/sand. Bedding and towels smelt stale

Good quality

Plenty of room and very comfortable, pretty and relaxing location all you could hear was the birds song. Any issues were dealt with immediately by happy staff.

It was nicely appointed and very clean

The plastic utensils had been slightly melted by the use of a previous occupant. We would have liked some scales or a measuring jug
