Vacation House YOKOMBO ANNEX

We loved staying overnight on the island! The owner is very nice! He drove us around in his van from and to the port, and well as from and to the restaurant. We felt like at home!

We were 8 people, which was probably a bit much for the house, we had to put two additional futons in one of the rooms. Probably best to be max 6 people. Also, there is only one bathroom.

It was spacious and very well equipped. The washer and dryer were welcome. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. He picked us up at the ferry and transported us there the morning of our departure.

It’s a little bit out of the way, but he picked us up with our luggage to show us the house and then took us to the port, where there are shuttle buses as of taxis.

The host picked us up from the ferry and was very prompt and was easy to communicate with! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely book again

It is in a perfect location and has everything you need 😊. The host is an absolute gentleman, his hospitality was impeccable so very friendly

Nothing to fault

It’s conveniently located in a quiet little residential pocket near the beach within about 12 mins walk to the port. The house is clean and equipped with everything we need It could accommodate up to 7 people, a bit too spacious for just two of us, would be great for a large family or group of friends. The host is very friendly and accommodating, on the day of our arrival, he drove us back to town to rent bikes which’s a convenient way to get around the island. And on our day of departure, he left us leave our luggage at the property while we could visit the museums freely, and delivered our luggage to the port before our ferry departure.

Host was very helpful and friendly. Best hospitality. The accommodation was spacious and clean with all facilities one would have wanted. Location was good with a nice view of the ocean from the bedroom.

We wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone visiting Japan. The house is fantastic, but the host’s kindness exceeded expectations. But what made our stay exceptional was the host. From the moment we booked, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He picked us up, and dropped us off from the ferry. He also offered to run some of our group to the supermarket so we had provisions for our first evening which was unexpectedly kind. We lost a wallet and asked to host to call the supermarket for us. Instead he came around and took us to the supermarket a second time, to look for the wallet. His genuine care and hospitality was totally appreciated and we cannot thank him enough.

It was large by Japanese standards,well fitted out and the owner provided transport to and from the port. He was great.
