Perfect location in Royal William Yard. Highly recommended.

Cannot speak highly enough regarding the host and apartment. We felt we were staying in a part of Plymouth history that had been sympathetically developed into modern ‘up market’ apartments, wow! Bars and restaurants on your doorstep as well as ferry to further afield and only a short easy walk into Plymouth centre. This apartment was such a find! Loved it !

Fantastic apartment for a stay in Plymouth Our host met us at site despite arriving later than planned. Showed us through the building and took us up to the apartment . A bottle of wine and advice about the Royal William Yard all part of the excellent service Thank you

Everything about Royal William Yard is great - interesting history - great reuse of an old site

It was like a home from Home. The host Nicky was so welcoming. Even before we arrived she was responding to our questions. The appartment itself was made really cosy for Christmas. All in All the best B&B location my wife and I stayed in. I highly recommend the location, the apartment and Nicky as your host. For sure the next time I visit Plymouth I will try to book this apartment first.

TV could be more modden and bigger

Loved the fact that it was clean, the area is gorgeous! We had a decent amount of tools ready for use in the kitchen.

Small problems with the toilet flushing system the new water coming in after flush doesn't seem to always add up inside there's a constant leak of water after flush, and flushing again once or twice seems to fix it. And a bit more disappointing was that we had realised that making our coffees and tea there was expired milk and therefore ruined our morning coffee.
