Соотношение цена-качество 100%. Имеется все, что нужно. Кондиционер работает отлично. До бесплатного пляжа 10 минут пешком. В шаговой доступности продовольственный магазин. Владелец дружелюбен, приветлив, всегда на месте и готов помочь.
