This was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at. The owner was very nice and replied to a couple of questions we had right away. The price was great and we would rent it again if we need a place in that area.

The sofa bed was okay to sit on if you weren't right in the middle of it. There is hard framing in the center of the seat, and when you lay down on it as a bed, that framing was uncomfortable on my back. This was the only negative aspect of our stay.

The place was just perfect, super clean, comfortable and modern design. The area is calm and quiet for a perfect sleeping time

The sofa bed is good enough for children, but it worked for our teenager son.

Location was great. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The unit was VERY CLEAN which is huge to me. Several options on the roku TV gave my daughter a ton of options to watch. Price was very fair. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

I have no complaints at all. I loved my stay. You should be aware that the futon (sleeping area) in the living room is small so if you have a bigger kid or multiple kids you would be better off bringing a air mattress or building a "pallet" on the floor. My daughter has a small frame and had no issues with the futon.

The front door light should be set to be lighted at night, as the unit is deeper to the back from a house and a carport. i had issues finding the unit at night. The light at the number designated area for parking should also be more lighted.It took me awhile to find the place and parked at the right spot.
