Apartments Pranjic with Pool

Apartamento bello Grande, eravamo in tre , attrezzato in tutto come una vera casa! Ha il parcheggio incluso e una piscina carina, si può usare anche il BBQ, dista dal centro più o meno 10 min ma per il prezzo e comodità lo raccomando vivamente!!

Nn c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto!!

Die Vermieter waren so gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an richtig wohl gefüllt. Auch die Lage mit dem Auto ca 5 min zum Meer.

Sve je odlično, uredno, čisto, vlasnici jako gostoljubivi.

Super: obsługa, pomoc, kontakt, czystość, basen dostępność do AGD i RTV.

Jak by jeszcze tylko woda w basenie była trochę cieplejsza... ale rozumiem tak pogoda...

Im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch schlafen

Die ruhige Lage, der Pool war super und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, draussen konnte man super sitzen und auch Essen ( die Terasse hatte eine ausziehbare Überdachung- das war sehr praktisch) . Die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gefreut: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Backofen (ist in vielen FeWo nicht enthalten), die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell und unkompliziert.

Kleine Ameisen im Wohnbereich- haben wir versucht zu ignorieren

Super, sauberes Appartment, tolle Ausstattung. Alles da was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Schöner Pool, ruhige Umgebung. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Meer.

The area around the apartment js very quiet, perfect for a nice little getaway. The city Porec is just a short 10 minute drive away. The apartment itself was very clean and the owners were very uncomplicated. We had no problems at all. We had a few questions before arriving and the owners responded quickly and without problems. The apartment comes with a fully functioning kitchen and a dishwasher. Cutlery and plates were all clean, there's enough kitchen utensils to cook some small meals. The pool area was clean, the water was refreshing and there's enough shadowy places so that you don't have to sit in the sun. We are definitely going to recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Nothing, everything was to our liking.

La gentillesse de l'hôtesse, le lieu, la piscine Le calme du lieu, la terrasse.

Appartement annoncé comme non fumeur mais empreint d'odeur de tabac. La propriétaire nous a expliqué que les hôtes précédents étaient un groupe de jeunes qui n'ont pas respecté la consigne, bien indiquée cependant.

The location was very quiet, peaceful. The swimmingpool and appartment were clean. The beds were good, the sleeping couch was good to sit on but was sagged. The host arranged ventilators when we asked her about the ventilators that were described on booking. The bedrooms were very hot when we arrived (there is only airconditioning in the livingroom). The host is well reachable by Whatsapp; fast answers and friendly.

The explanation of the washingmachine, oven and the boiler. We only got the keys from a famaliymember of the host who did not speak English. She told us that her sister would come by later and explain. We never got an explanantion but when we sent Whatsapp about the low watertemperatur she let us know that we should turn on a switch. Problem solved. In the first 5 days there was a family in the appartment beneath us; we sometimes met them and said hello. We never heard them inside the appartment or outside in the evenening. In the last 10 days there was another family. Unfortunately they slammed the doors and we heard them walking loudly. So the noise of people in the other appartment depends on the people who ware there.
