"Value for money, good place for trip rest + small talk @ night with buddies & families"

Everything is new and it's quite comfy. Air conditioning, heaters, basic kitchen appliances & utensils are all ready for use & it's clean. Friendly host/owner. Location quite strategic for me & all my destinations could be reached within 10-20 mins.

Air conditioner might not enough for the lobby & dining area. It's only 1 @ living room & it's not enough, still can feel some heats even though it's set to 17-18 degrees. For the rooms, for sure it's all installed with air conditioning & all works without problem.
