l'appartamento è nel centro. Molto comodo raggiungere le principali mete. L'assistenza della struttura è cordiale, facile da raggiungere richiedendo l'accesso Ztl, difficile trovare un posto auto come nella maggior parte dei centri storici.

E' un quarto piano senza ascensore con scale oggettivamente un pò ripide. Probabilmente per mia disattenzione non ho visto nella descrizione la macanza dell'ascensore, dato il piano non è un elemento trascurabile. La pulizia dell'appartamento è buona, ma almeno quando siamo arrivati noi era pieno di zanzare. Ho dovuto passare un'oretta per ucciderne 20-25 prima di andare a letto. Non ci sono spazzi esterni per fumatori, quindi per fumare bisogna scendere in strada.

Posizione nel cuore del centro storico. Alloggio pulito e accogliente. Staff molto gentile ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni relative all'accesso alla zona Ztl e ai relativi parcheggi.

prima locatie, midden in oude centrum en alles op loopafstand, ook leuke tip voor de bar waarmee ze samenwerken.

Het gratis parkeren en de route door het centrum kunnen ze beter uit de omschrijving laten want dit is niet handig. Uiteindelijk in de parkeergarage Ferrari gestaan en dat kan je maar beter gelijk doen.

The climb up to the flat is quite high (4th floor with no lift) & would only be suitable for folk with good mobility.

Be warned pack lightly and don’t drive to the apartment. The apartment is on the fourth floor / up 90 stairs - which isn’t disclosed in the advertising. Not helpful when you are travelling from Australia with large amounts of luggage. Parking was requested and we were told it was available- what wasn’t declared was that it was on street parking in limited streets if there was a space available and could be up to 1.2km away from apartment. Cost us 12Euro a day to park in a car park 600metres from the apartment. No user manual for the TV (computer monitor). No chopping board, corkscrew, or plug for the kitchen sink. Staff don’t respond to email, will only communicate via WhatsApp.
