Good location, clean apartment with new furniture, private parking. Contactless check in and check out.

Small studio with low ceilings. Both windows are looking at yard, at the other apartments and outside tables from other guests. If you want to sit outside - you don't have private terrace but you are sitting in the yard, right next to the guests from other apartments. Poor sound isolation (if other guests are outside, they are sitting and talking right next to your window/s). Internet is slow and not working in the whole apartment. Not good value for money.
