Do not book this property otherwise, you will be stranded. I booked this property for one night. The host didn't send the code... switched off his/ her phone and we were left stranded after a 5-hour drive from London. Very bad experience!!

Stay cancelled by venue 8 hours before arrival at 02:15 in the morning. They then sent me a link to cancel the stay! offered me a discount when i book again as compensation! No help to find another place to stay a perfect stay for the Rugby nearly ruined. pretty sure it was to get more money for the room as demand was so high in the whole area. Would not trust to book again.

The way my booking was handled and cancelled in the middle of the night on day i was due there mid afternoon

Absolutely nothing. We could not enter the property and waited outside for 4 hours. No reply to several calls to the given number. Eventually we were forced to pay for alternative accommodation. Outrageous disappointment.

Please return all of my money immediately. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and deceitful.

It was clean

Straight in the door and you're at the bedroom/living room. Shower wasn't working and was told it was too late to get someone out to fix it. Was offered the shower to the other flats and the lights didn't work so couldn't see. Poor experience all round

The apartment was absolutely beautiful for the price and location. I was very surprised at it actually. I was not expecting it to be as beautiful as it was. Could do with a bigger TV for the size of the room, but other than that it was perfect.

Confortable bed.

Unclean - had to get the cleaner back on our first night to come and clean it to a satisfactory standard. Pictures taken by myself and cleaner - these will be shared with booking.com in complaint. Carpets dirty and stained, floors dirty and strained, toilet sink and shower disgusting. Sofa bed not made up for son (even when it was, no bottom sheet), when I went into bedroom it smelt sweaty, like it had been slept in. Bedding did not look like it had been changed. Property in a very poor, run down, noisy area right next to a busy road. Parking 5 minutes away, but in rundown carpark. Location for parking and pin number for lockbox only given when rang host, not in email or text message before. Not very secure, based in what looked like an old shop with single glazed windows. Doors only have a single lock on, and door from kitchen to outside does not even stay open - had to be locked to be kept shut. Front door to shop looked like it could be kicked in quite easily. Didn’t get a wink of sleep due to traffic noise and light coming in through blinds, and actually moved to a hotel (and paid nearly as much as the entire stay at property) on the second night, due to nearly crashing the car with my young son in, because of lack of sleep. Told the host out of courtesy that we have moved, and that I will be complaining, and asked for details of how to do this - no response. In summary - do not stay here.
