"Unprofessional Behaviour, Property was not available even after reservation."

Nothing.
After booking the property, I reached the location and called the property manager.. The manager said, it is not available. They even blamed saying, why I didn't call him immediately after booking. Very unprofessional behaviour. I faced trouble because of this. Even after I reserved the property, he shared with someone off-line without informing me and blamed me as well.

Nothing it was the worst experience
Starting from the booking they called and advised to pay the advance and requested to cancel the booking once checked in and collected the amount in gpay with tax and gst. And advised that they ll give no show and advised to follow the same. The bed was very poorly maintained and even pillow and bedsheet was not clean so many insects in bed.
