Exceptional setting. Everything is decorated with the eye most complimentary to its surroundings. I could not recommend more highly.

Staff so helpful location beautiful

The entire property was beautifully decorated and well designed, luxurious and comfortable. The bed was splendidly soft and all amenities were designed to physical and aesthetic pleasure. The view of the property towards thee sea was breathtaking with peacocks roaming the grounds, and additionally the service we experienced from all team members and management was unparalleled. We met the Owners who only made the experience more memorisable and personal - thank you to all. We will be returning very soon and for all planned parties we may have in the future x

a lack of numbers of sets of appropriate cutlery and drinking glasses and tea towels

Was lovely and spacious and kitchen was nicely stocked with plates, bowls etc. conservatory was lovely to sit in and eat breakfast.

Shower was a waterfall so would have been good to have a hose as well. Also due to it being a wet room once you have a shower whole floor is wet and thus you get wet feet going to the loo. Could have done with more pillows. Also there was an apartment above us and they were running backwards forwards till midnight sounded like they had hob nail boots on, was so loud and disturbed our sleep. This is a lovely place but is more air BnB than hotel. I was lead to believe from the website it was a hotel. I think little extra touches would have put cherry on the cake. Was very strange arriving to our property to just a key hanging in the door. It took me half hour to find anyone to check it definitely was our property. I think a welcome pack saying hi Mrs Gray and details of walks, restaurants activities in area would have been helpful. We didn’t see any staff our whole stay to check we was ok or if we needed anything. Would of been nice to have our towels changed for second night. Lady we found after half hour was lovely lady just feel would have been nice not to have to wonder around hunting for help. The number I call to say I arrived were not answered and I got a call back 2pm next day.

Location was superb breakfast was delicious with a huge selection of items. Room service was great.

No option for dining lunchtime or evening but food delivery was allowed, which was delivered to your door. 10 am check out is a little early for the cost of the room.

A seriously beautiful place to stay, peaceful, well maintained and if you know the reference, very much like The Spring Court.

Nothing, it was fabulous. Would potentially recommend slippers because the flooring in flagstone so it can be a bit cold
