It was very clean The view was to die for The help I got from the owner was spontaneous . It was smaller than I thought, but this made it cozy. Everything one needs was there.

View, comfort closeness to restaurants cafes.

Was told after booking that the three off us (myself and my two sons) that two of us would have to share a bed and if we wanted another we would have to pay 25 bucks. Was fine but if all the stuff was there it would have been easy for us to make up the extra bed. Just a bit off as we had booked it for three guests. Just have all the stuff there to make the other bed.

Location perfect for Takapuna and the beach , amazing views apartment comfortable spacious and had all the amenities we required

Sofa in the lounge not the most comfortable but small point
