Picture Perfect Hotel Living

Great location - easy walk to cafe's and restaurants. We were going to an event at the Bruce mason Centre and was an easy 10 min walk to get there.

When we arrived there was a slight odd smell - it may have been from the hallway. It didn't get worse and did not cause a problem for us.

The views from the room are the best in auckland - perhaps better than from the sky tower! Great bedtime book in draw about a mouse for my kids to read which they loved. Free parking. Location right in Takapuna was also magical - very close to the shops, beach, cafes, restaurants & a safe neighborhood - great vibe when the sun is out.

We only had one access card which my husband and I found a real hassle if we went out separately to coordinate to get back into the room. There was some hair from previous tenants in one of the bathroom draws. 2 beds in lounge were from a fold out couch and very hard. Too many fragrance sticks around the apartment which we ended up putting out on the balcony because they were causing allergies/too strong a smell.

The view was amazing. Close to the little town there. The fact that there was a washing machine and tumble dryer really made it even better.

Great views. Excellent location, very handy to shops & beach. Well equipped kitchen.

Sofa bed in lounge was very uncomfortable. Only half a roll of loo paper, couldn't find another

Excellent communication and directions for self check in and parking which was included in the price. Absolutely amazing location and fabulous apartment which exceeded our expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the heated pool and huge spa pool. The views are absolutely sensational! We will definitely stay here again!

the towels were very good quality, nice to have nextflix.
