Airport Imperial Guest House

The room was clean Staff was welcoming till the last day we struggled find them at the reception to check out

The bathroom was not clean as it was shared Staff borrowed remote for other rooms Staff was nowhere to be found when checking out

my room was upstairs no sleepers, bathroom downstairs no gel no soap nothing sharing bathroom with almost 4 rooms, they call it airport deceiving people that place is 15km from the airport, staff is very friendly and helpful

checkout time how can be 10 a.am with charging with every minute of being late ,normal checking out time is 11 latest is 12 mid day

Nothing was working there especially the Wi-Fi and the sad aspect is they intentionally switched off the Hot water heater and we had to bath with the cold water by false after paying huge amount of R800

The staff was very friendly. Area is quiet and pleasant.

The rooms were not too clean. There were suspicious stains on bedding. I didn’t not like sharing the bathroom. It was a semi clean bathroom considering it was shared
