Communication is not serious. We made a reservation a month in advance and had a question about the accommodation, which was answered on the day of the reservation, which affected our plans for the day. We received instructions for parking in an underground parking lot, but the remote control for the garage door did not work and we parked on the street. The wardrobe in the bedroom cannot be used because it is full of cleaning materials and supplies and is effectively a storage room. There is a main boulevard in front of the apartment and even with the windows closed, you can hear the noise from outside.
