Charming City Loft Apartment

It was a very cozy and cute apartment! It had everything you might need for a family stay! Very helpful hostess!

It was second floor without elevator and we were with a baby and everything that comes with it, also the bathroom had some problems!

This apartment is great! It is more equipped than I would expect for a short stay apartment. Apart form a stove, there was also both an oven and a microwave, both a kettle and a coffee machine, a freezer along a fridge, and both a dishwasher and a clothes washing machine. I would say it would be great for an extended stay. The layout of the apartment is good for a stay of two groups of two people (eg. two couples), as the bathroom is between two rooms (bedroom and a living room/kitchen with an extendable couch) so you really do not hear each other. Air-conditioning is only in the living room. It was clean and everything looks quite new. The building and the inner courtyard are really charming. There was private parking behind a ramp, which is great. However you do not get a dedicated spot. One evening we did not find a parking place behind the ramp, but there is a public parking on the other side of the building, and it is free for part of the weekend. (Pay attention, as the parking across from the building is dedicated for the tenants, and is not public). Location is really good, 5 minutes to the Plečnik house/museum and a walking distance (15-20 min) to the city center. The hosts were kind, helping and understanding, as well as quick in answering messages.

For us everything was great! However there are a few things to keep in mind. The security deposit and city/tourist tax are not paid through booking.com, but through a third-party website. You have to be willing to input your payment info into a third-party website. I must emphasise: I didn't have any issues and my security deposit was returned without any problem. Also, the apartment is on the second (or third floor, I am not sure now), and there is no elevator. Again, not a problem for us, as we didn't have much luggage.

They were quick to respond and met me to let me in and even helped to carry one of my bags up the stairs as there is no lift. I would stay again.

Liocation is great, free parking is also big plus. Communication was easy going, so all credits to host.
