Czyściutko, przestrzennie, cieplutko. Troszkę twarde łóżko, ale - kto co lubi.

Zadbana ulica przy której stoi kamienica

Kawalerka jest na poddaszu kamienicy bez windy. Właściciel zaprasza ze zwierzętami ale ulice w najbliższym otoczeniu są wybetonowane, nie ma gdzie pójść na spacer z psem. Lokal nie był również wyposażony zgodnie z opisem. Mylący jest również opis dotyczący odbioru kluczy. Kolejny problem to brak parkingu, znalezienie miejsca do zaparkowania na okolicznych ulicach zajmowało około 30 minut - parking przy ulicy płatny. Kontakt z właścicielem słaby.

Keine Information darüber, dass man den Boiler im Bad erst anstellen muss, damit es heißes Wasser in der Dusche gibt. Ein weiterer Spiegel außerhalb des Bades wäre noch sehr hilfreich.

Świetnie przygotowany apartament na nasz przyjazd. Kontakt z obsługą szybki i bez zarzutu. Czystość, schludność i przygotowanie najpotrzebniejszych rzeczy (typu woda, kawa, czy wyposażenie łazienki) na najlepszym poziomie. Do tego klimatyzacja, telewizja co stanowi dodatkowy plus.

Apartament obszerny, czysty, wyposazony dobrze

Brak windy , nie polecam dla osób mających problemy z narządami ruchu, 4 piętro w starym budownictwie więc wysokość większa niż przy nowym.Za wcześniejsze zameldowanie przed godziną 16.00 wysokie opłaty żądaja
