Il appartamento molto bello , accogliente veramente molto confortevole, funziona tutta . La posizione ottima è il palazzo molto tranquillo e tutto pulito

Nichts

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!! Nach der Bezahlung wurden uns im zweiten Schritt plötzlich versteckte Zusatzkosten aufgedrängt. Ohne deren Zahlung hätten wir den Schlüssel nicht bekommen – eine absolute Abzocke. Von Gastfreundschaft keine Spur. Die Wohnung war in einem katastrophalen Zustand: überall Staub, Haare und Schmutz, mehrere Spinnen in den Ecken, die Toilette und Dusche stark verdreckt. Wir haben uns so geekelt, dass wir am liebsten gar nichts angefasst hätten. Wir sind schließlich direkt wieder ausgezogen. Eine Rückerstattung wurde verweigert, der Vermieter war weder telefonisch erreichbar noch kompromissbereit. Insgesamt war das die reinste Katastrophe – unhygienisch, unprofessionell und unseriös. Ich kann nur jedem dringend abraten, hier zu buchen.

The apartment is comfortable enough. Good big bed. There is a shop Carrefour not far from apartment, bus stops. Museum of silk is about 10 minutes by bus or 20 min by foot. Good view.

In August it is too hot weather in Como, so it was difficult without air conditioning. Also there was not a duster in the kitchen and I needed an iron, but it wasn't one.

Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, etwas außerhalb aber der See ist zu Fuß zuerreichen

Es waren nicht immer kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung, aber in der nähe war ein kostengünstiger Parkplatz. Außerdem musste man nachdem Bezahlen der Unterkunft noch einmal Tax extra bezahlen, das war etwas umständlich

It was a great loft apartment.

I could hear toilet running through bedroom wall. Someone was to come out the next day. This did not happen. There was no further communication or update. I didn’t not sleep the first night due to the noise. Then I got used to it. I didn’t like all the official messages. For example if rubbish was not sorted correctly we’d be up for a fee. I also found the process of booking in very official and off putting.
