It was super clean and very contemporary design. Property looks brand new with all the facilities, cutlery and even a pour over coffee equipment. The best thing about it was the friendly staff. Specially Mr. Madde. He was very attentive and responded in seconds for all our needs, even at midnight. Also. I love their bathrobes

- Great location, central to everything yet very quiet atmosphere - great staff , very polite and knowledgeable - a few details in the villa : comfortable beds, nice bed linens, nice robes(we wanted to buy some but we’ve been told it was not possible yet unfortunately), great kitchen equipment, beautiful central table in the kitchen

Well below our expectation as a “luxury stay” in Bali. Poor finishes in the villa ( white walls paintings from the living room to the downstairs bedroom: big marks, finishing not clean ) Cleanliness ok but way below the level requested for the pricing (marks on the mirrors at the entrance / marks on the windows visible from the outside / marks on the couch/ cloudy plunge water outside on the terrace / cigaret butts from previous guests between the wooden planks on the terrace/ fingerprints with makeup on the bathroom and bedroom doors). - very noisy fans during the night - very poor quality of door-frames : The sliding window in the downstairs bedroom was not operational: it did not lock properly, and had obviously been forced open previously. Same for the main sliding window at the entrance, very hard to lock.

My family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, chic, and cosy (villa-like) townhouse, great amenities provided like cooking cutlery, pots and pans. Good for group booking, comfortable for 4-6 pax. Will recommend and come again! Service was top notch and very friendly and helpful staffs, thank you so much for your hospitality! We really enjoyed our stay.

That it is a little inaccessible and out of the main town area.
