Cozy cottage-style apartment

It is a spacious unit with a well layed out kitchen. It is very close to the central part of Stellenbosch where all the museums and historical houses are.

The unit is very hot and the fans makes no difference. The heat becomes very uncomfortable and Aircons are definitely needed. The parking is very narrow and difficult to get into. There is also an emergency electrical box in the front of the parking which makes the space even smaller, and it won't be able to be opened in case of emergency when a vehicle is parked there. There is no TV which is disappointing. The kitchen definitely needs some sharp knives. There is no cleaning service and it wasn't mentioned in the booking information.

If we had AC because it was very hot.

The location was relative central for the purpose that we chose the property and had access to all major routes. The WiFi speed was also good and one could still do some work during our stay.

The parking bay was little tight as we were traveling with our double cab Toyota truck. The parking bay had an electrical distribution kiosk that made the parking area little bit small for our size vehicle. Smaller sedan cars will have no problem.

It is a cozy apartment in a security complex. Very homely feel to the apartment. I would strongly recommend the apartment and the host, Karin. If I ever need to stay overnight in Stellenbosch again this will be the first place I try.

It was very easy to pick up the keys at the garage and to drop it there once we left.

Note that only the one ensuite bathroom has a shower. The other bathroom only has a bathtub with no shower function.

Excellent location and the house was beautiful in a safe complex. It was so easy to fetch the keys, and great instructions to find a parking spot. The amenities were incredible and cozy and comfortable! We had a wonderful time!
