The safety and convenience of the accommodation. The gym was lovely and easy to access, and it was quiet. We enjoyed everything, and we appreciated the access to Disney and Netflix, and the wifi was amazing. The hosts were quickly available to answer messages and were nice and professional

The fridge is just loud at night. The bed was quiet uncomfortable due to it having a dip in the mattress. The couch was much better to sleep on

Location

Needed to take own hairdryer. Eventually when hairdryer was supplied, could not use as plugs at apartment was not compatible. Small issues like bin etc. Should be replaced.

I told them in a private note, never responded - no why bother.

My safety was compromised as the sliding door could not be locked. Please get it fixed as for some of us safety means everything.

We loved our stay there. The place is beautiful and clean. People are doing their own things not bothering anyone. It was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely go back there without a doubt. I loved this place.

It's a suggestion, instead of a dish washer rather place a washing machine
